Build and Maintain a Strong Foundation of HR Master Data
Take ownership of system management, data analysis, and KPI reporting as the HR Excellence Specialist at ENABL A/S. In this role, you will be the system owner of our HR platform, Talentsoft, ensuring that accurate master data supports critical business decisions and processes.

 Supporting the Business
HR supports the business in all HR-related areas, with our Talentsoft HR system serving as the backbone for efficient processes and structure. As an HR Excellence Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, overseeing the implementation of reliable master data processes aligned with business needs. You will ensure data accuracy and collaborate across departments globally to optimize HR operations. A crucial part of your role will involve educating employees on HR processes and implementing system modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ERP/HR procedures and processes in close collaboration with HR colleagues.
  • Lead the implementation and customization of the HR ERP system (Talentsoft).
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR processes.
  • Perform data analysis and establish KPI reporting to track and measure performance.

Service-minded and Business oriented
We seek a colleague with strong knowledge of ERP systems and HR processes who is analytical, structured, detail-oriented, and has excellent collaboration skills.

You bring experience from a similar role and hold a relevant educational background (BA level or higher). You have strong communication skills in both Danish and English and a system-oriented mindset. The role requires at least five years of professional experience.

You understand systems (and business) and master data, taking a methodical and structured approach to your work. You are thorough, reliable, and able to be firm yet service-minded.
